New 1299 panigale

Hey new owner of a 1299 and have had problems with the chain rubbing on the swingarm as soon as i left the dealers and rode back to wagga aprox 280ks,has been tightend twice rung the dealer and took it in for first service they had the bike for 6 hrs put a brand new RK 520 chain on and touched up the swingarm all seemed good until I rode it 5ks to the gym and back and the chain has stretched and rubbing again on the swingarm just wondering if it's happened to anyone else?

I Ride: 15 Pani R ( I weep a little sometimes )
Something is wrong for sure! Chain will rub if stretched but certainly not when new. Happened to me just after a tire change. Stretched chain coupled with poor tensioning resulted in swingarm rub on my 13' 1199S. Brand new chain and fine adjustment of tension and it was solved.
