Lol you don’t need a tool. Didn’t even know about a tool until just now.

Look up Dave Moss video front wheel change.

- replace the spacers on to the wheel, then put the axle in place by driving it fully into its home position, tighten the axle nut (63nm) -- if the axle spins while tightening snug up the throttle side pinch bolts just a little, or use the tool to hold it (i've never needed the tool)

- replace the calipers (45nm) and then loosen the pinch bolts if you slightly tightened the throttle side, and give the front forks a few compressions up & down to correctly align the fork tubes on to the front axle - this is often & easily a forgotten step (mostly because you need to remove the front prop stand), but is how the service manual indicates proper refitting of the front wheel

- tighten the pinch bolts (16nm)

The only time you need a special tool is for the rear axle .although many tools are 2 sided and accommodate the front as well *which is no special nut)

100% I never heard of that tool either but have taken my front wheel out couple of times as I take it off and take it to the tyre fitter. I follow the Dave Moss method as well. He explains it well in the video. Worked for me.

Good thread revival too
