Question Reverse Quick Shifter Kit????

What it is, what can you do with this kit?

It allows the quick shifter to function properly in the race configuration (reverse) for your gears.

ie, down to change up, and up to change down.

I just installed mine on my bike and love it. I had the normal DQS configured for GP shift and disabled the DQS until I could get the correct configuration. As you can see from my pictures, the only difference is the location of the pin that trips the switch. The electronics are identical. You might be able to machine enough off of the standard DQS or reverse the standard DQS installation closest to the rear set but I do not see any way there would be enough room to do it. It would appear that Ducati has us over the proverbial barrel.

The black ended unit is the Reverse DQS and the silver is the DQS.

Yes I have some with instructions to some degree in the mechanical/technical section on DQS.

I just ordered a reverse for mine. But I like it both ways, push ans pull. So, I'll be combining the two of them somehow. The electric conection looks easy, because it's only 2 wires. The hardest part will be to put the two together and make sure the lenght is fine.
