Replace melted fairing
Repair leaking valve covers
New tires
Maybe sprocket/gearing changes... not sure yet.

Most of my bling will stay with me (TTX, rearsets, carbon and mirrors) so if I discount the tune-up I'm paying no more than 3 grand for a new bike.

+1 - I am also considering my options since this time next year I will be out of warranty. Based on my experience so far this isn't a bike I am keen to own without a warranty.
