Dallas Ducati Dealers

Guys

OK...I know I have asked this question before but now it has new urgency. I am looking to purchase a new 899 for my wife (yes, I got the email and yes I realize it is a cheap marketing ploy) which will make for a complete Christmas/Jan Anniversary present and I will be done for the year since.

I was going to get her one at some point anyways so the timing seems good. That being said since I just moved back to Dallas I don't have any sense as to what dealer has the best techs, reputation, prices, etc...

Which dealer has the best service and values the customer relationship as much as they value my dollars in their pocket? Which one sponsors track days regularly and takes care of the customer outside of the sale?

Who is most likely to take care of small issues rather than nickel and dime you to death?

Very good questions posed here my friend. I wish I could provide you with some answers to these questions but I only know one dealership here which has been brought up in many places on this site, and others- in both positive and negative light. I would surely take the word of those down there in the Dallas AO - however your location says Denver?

I was very happy with my experience at Eurosport Cycle. Straightforward with information and pricing (i.e., no games), great environment, and a knowledgeable staff. Give these guys a shot and I'm sure they'll treat you well.

Thanks all (especially those that PM'd me)....I wasn't sure how many folks where on here in Dallas.

And thanks Gunny for pointing out that I needed to change my profile location as I had forgotten about that.
Thanks from Gunny Fitz

thats a new bike and fairly "mainstream". . If you had an esotertic/rare Ducati and you wanted service, I would lean toward AMS. Outside of that - an 899 should be easily serviceable by any current Ducati dealership and sales/purchasing is whatever you can negotiate.

never had an issue with AMS when I've taken my bikes in for service/ recalls. quick friendly service every time.

Bought mine from Marty at AMS. No regrets whatsoever.

Service department has been great.

Wait...you have a choice of 4?!?!!!

I hate you! I have a choice of one, two hours away and could care less about me as a distant customer.
