For that kind of money, light weight wheels would make a far bigger difference in performance, considering you're still running the OEM ones.

Concerning the Akra slip-ons, I can't imagine how someone would spend that kind of money on slip-ons when a full Termi system is nearly the same price and should provide significantly more gains.

While I don't disagree with you, couldn't the same be said for purchasing an 1199 in the first place? My point is, WAY more goes into these decisions than performance gains.

I tried to buy the full system from motomummy and after a pending charge it was canceled and I haven't heard anything from them... Methinks the price doesn't exist anymore...

And fyi- brand new sealed Termi systems can be had for less. This is comical.

Today motomummy says $3400 for full system which is still a joke!
