I've a set of these on their way to me very shortly. Adjustable in every way imaginable and you can run them in GP or normal shift if you need to.

I'd like to go with a black set to stay with the flat black theme on the bike. Money isn't an option if it's something really cool/functional so please let me know what your first choice would be.

Thanks in advance.

Have a look at these adjustable footpegs by Gilles. I have LSL but am thinking of some of these as it looks like you can lower them a bit.

Against the initial impressions of the Ducabike rearsets, I have to concur with Anti on the fact that they are problem prone.

The Heim joints are almost impossible to keep lubricated for some reason. The bolt holding the shift arm broke today after only 4 months on the bike: Leaving me stuck in 4th gear for the rest of a ride today.

I have contacted Bellisimoto to see if there is a bolt to be sourced, but it looks like the whole set is going in the garbage. Contacted Ducabike Italy as well.

CNC Racing has a set with bearings, so I may just go that route. I have been very happy with Bellisimoto so I will wait and see what they can offer.

The shift lever bolt snapped. Not sure if the rest are crap yet.

The Heim Joints need some serious lubrication.

I think the ball bearing versions that CNC and others make will be superior.

There is just too much resistance in the assembly it seems.

Here is a picture of the issue:

I received an e-mail from Claudio at Ducabike this morning! I will give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Might have been a bad bolt in production.
Thanks from Prince Albert

Update!

Claudio wrote me back right away. I have the parts coming in from Italy and I will be back on the road soon enough.

Thanks to Ducabike. Hopefully the new bolt will hold up longer than the last one. I have had Heim joints break before on other bikes, but never seen a pivot bolt snap after only 2,000 miles.
Thanks from Prince Albert

Update:

Bellisimoto wrote me as well and have a bolt in stock sending it over as well.

I'll see if I can carry an extra bolt an allen key in case this happens again. (Thats pretty sad)

Can't afford the CNC versions at the moment.

Hi does anyone have a recommendation of who will ship DP parts to Australia. Looking to buy the rear sets but they cost more than the bike does over here.

I like my pegs up high and tight. Less wrist pain. IE: If I take the balls of my feet off the pegs and stretch out, leaving my foot arches on the pegs, my wrists have more weight on them.
I'm 5'8". I love the bike in every way except wrist pain. I am trying to get a new rearset to lift my knees to the tank. Will lifting my pegs help or hurt my wrist? I can't take any more wrist pain than I already get on this thing lol.

How hard is it to change your rearset? I'm thinking about getting the Woodcraft rearset, but haven't seen a DIY guide yet. Anyone know of the link?
