mounting a tailbag

Have a bit of dilemma, I have a cortech tailbag I use on my streetfighter which is perfect. It mounts using bungees.

Unfortunately, no trelllis frame or sturdy license placte bracket on the pani to attach to. I don't have passenger pegs mounted, was thinking of doing something using the holes for the two of the pass. peg bolts, the ones I can get to without pulling the pipe. Ideas? Help

Any way you could pull out the passenger leather strap and hook using that somehow?

That's a thought, I took mine off but did save it so could look at that.

I absolutely don't want to use a backpack.
