The other problem with the 1199 Panigale

The EGT exiting the stock mufflers really hurts when your riding in shorts and sandles and have to put your foot down at a stop light it's perfectly in line to roast your ankle. I think this is a by product of the cat. convrt. It would be interesting to compare to a Termi equipped 1199 and see what the difference is.

I find it easy to ignore the ankle roasting when I forgo the shorts altogether and just ride in my briefs. My a$$ gets so hot, I forget about what is going on below my knees...

I try to ride buck naked as often as possible, but I always have to put my damn socks back on for that same reason.
