Roadster, I am the same as you, I have to ride on the road and track too. I chose cheap chinese fairing set for mine. Roadable, but also cheap track cost mitigation.

I Ride: 2012 Panigale S, 2013 Diavel, 2008 ZX10R Track Bike, KLX250
I have lowsided at the track on the left with the T-Rex sliders and front and rear axle protection and the only damage I had was a broken gear lever, scratched bar end and clutch lever. See post no 18 of below link for pics:

I broke a steering stop in the crash, but now have the R&G steering stop protectors on the way, which will fix that issue and will also protect your normal stops on your triple clamps:

R&G Steering Stop Protectors - Panigale | LS0005BK

These are a great investment for $30. I have read of multiple people on this forum that have broken steering stops, some simply from a stationary drop.

I highly rate the T-Rex sliders after my mishap at the track, but once again, it is the luck of the draw. If the bike slides, they are great, but if the bike starts flipping, there isn't a great deal you can do to save it.
Thanks from JeffD and Marmoot

I'll check into steering stop protectors, thanks.

I have the Rizoma sliders on mine. They are nice and the T-Rex sliders for the frame. No drilling holes either. Fit perfectly to the bike.
