Lemon Law experience?

Just came back from my Dealer! Stock forks rebound is non functioning, Dealer submitted paper work to have them replaced again... So far under warranty I've had, or will have 2 sets of forks replace, rear cylinder head valve seal ( failed and sprayed oil all over exhaust and rear tire while riding) Electrical system failure ( bike's dash looked like xmas lights throwing every error code in the dictionary at once, while flashing all lights front and rear on an off like an ambulance), anyone have any experience with this situ?

Sorry to hear you are having such dramas. I hope they get the bike repaired ok.

Good luck with it. They are a great bike and most do not have so many problems. All the best with it.

The court decides what is fair. Usually you're not going to get all of your money back on a non-essential item like a bike.

Fix it, sell it. Buy a Suzuki.

Or an HP4, there are a couple of sycophants on here that would prob join you in a circle jerk if you buy one.

You don't know anything about law, or this law do you?

Look up your states law on it.

See what it states before spending money.

In Ca its like 3 times for the same problem.

Wait….why did mark and whitepani reply as if I was speaking to them ?? I made no mention of specifics…

OR…they automatically acknowledge themselves as the board clowns who people refer to.

Dunno. Humorous though.

NOLA.
