520 conversion dropped 7lbs??? Really? Typically a 2lb weight savings. Maybe a nudge more with aluminum sprockets.

Yeah.. That'll work...Lol But I must admit I am intrigued and tempted to try the 1199R gearing...15T/41..... Like I am ever going to top out this bike with either stock or this gearing.. and having that extra zip would be really cool I think?????

I did 186mph (speedo) with the 14T just a few weeks ago. I don't recall the exact RPM but remember the red banded lights were showing near redline. I'm thinking the 15T would get maybe 194mph or so assuming there's enough motor to get it there. At 220 lbs, prolly not with me in the saddle!

Isn't 15/41 the factory config?

I think the 1199 is 15/39... the 1199r is 15/41 I think

I weighed it, the chain. both sprockets, and the carrier did drop that much.

you guys running the 14t might want to consider a case saver for that just in case.
