Earlier this summer I noticed a couple of small drops of coolant. Poked around a bit and found my clamps were quite loose. So I tightened them up (specifically the clamps/hoses on the t-stat housing). Seemed good for a few weeks then I started getting drops again. Next up I loosened the clamps and made sure the hoses were fully seated on the t-stat housing. One hose, the house that comes off to the left on the t-stat housing, was off by about 6 or 7 mm. I thought for sure that was it. Pushed everything on, tightened up (1 full turn after not being able to rotate hose clamp). It was good for a month or so. Then started leaking again. Finally decided I'm done with it and am going to replace the whole deal. Parts are cheap. It's just the time involved!! lol.
The INOX samco hose clamps are too wide for one of the thermostat connectors. I took a narrow one (about 6mm) from an old washing machine.

I used Mikalor clamps for the Tstat housing as gecko said, the clamps Samco supply are too wide for these two points, the rest are all fine. Did originally fit two new Norma OEM clamps but I just don't trust them and once on cannot be tightened. Given the position of these two hoses I opted for jubilee clamps throughout. One other thing, the workshop manual states 6Nm for all the cooling hose clamps. I prefer to set them by feel. Just tight enough so that you cannot turn the clamps plus one full more turn of the screw. Never let me down in 15 years of wrenching bikes. Beware of over tightening the Tstat ones as you can easily distort or crack the plastic. Hope it cures all your leaking problems.

So I just ordered all my junk except for my spark plugs.

I must have had an extra helping of dumb ass with breakfast this morning because I can't seem to find spark plugs.

Can someone point me to a proper spark plug? I see all kinds of references on the 'net but nothing conclusively says "1199". Just looking for a quality OEM replacement.

Disregard, pretty sure Nick at Ducati Omaha has me sorted. So in 5 to 10 days my fun starts...

Samco hose kit, new squirter unit, spark plugs, secondary air bypass plates, NRC mirror block offs, and CRG Arrow mirrors. Yeeehaaa.... Oh, and going with Engine Ice coolant.

C'mon spring. Daddy needs a fix!!!
