You turn it on it by holding the starter button for 3 seconds after you start the bike. The engine gives a little blip of revs to confirm it worked. Then you set it with the menu buttons on the left and the starter button on the right during cruise.

I thought at first I would not need it but for longer rides it is great. I have also fitted the extra toggle buttons but have not been able to get them to work as I only have a Macbook so cannot get in to activate them.

It will be nice when TB software can work on a Mac.
Thank you!

Oh, I also have the nudge buttons which are cool. There are other companies who make different style nudge buttons which I will be getting soon. TB ones are a bit cheapy looking.

I always engage the cruise control while at speed by holding the start button for 5 secs and the speed will hold then. Also then use the nudge buttons to (re)set, + speed, - speed. Cancel with a brake tap.

with the TB you can create your own map (need WB controllers and sensors) and then run it on your bike.

with all the different exhausts i try, it's better to see the before and after results with a flexible fueling solution like the rapidbike, which adapts to each riding situation .

if i wanted that i'd have to carry my laptop around with me with the tuneboy all the time.
the promised app integration from tuneboy never happened, which was one of my attractions to it.

so i just keep it, run the stock map with cruise control and let the RB do the important stuff properly.
Thanks from Lightning

by "flexible fueling solution" do you mean auto-tune?

also it is pretty straight forward loading maps or putting the cruise control with the TB.

If you guys want i can put together a short video example how it is done?
Thanks from jjsC6

Thanks Phl, I've read your post a half dozen times, but I'm still a bit confused (I can be daft sometimes). Are you saying that: a) TB doesn't have auto tune capability even if you have WB O2 sensors integrated, b) TB does have auto tune functionality when using WB O2 sensors but you need to have their module plugged into the bike and WiFi connected to your laptop for auto tune to work, or c) you just think the auto tune of RB does a better job than that of TB? Or have I missed the point entirely?

Hi Brad,

It is my understanding, with discussions with Emma from TB that extra nudge buttons can only be used if you buy the full CC and tuning package. Do you have the full package?
I only have the CC package, I felt it wasn't worth the extra money for tuning and buttons, when I only use the CC to go from Adelaide to Melbourne for the GP.

Yes that would be awesome. But even a short description. I don't find anything on his site that explains the process, or if you need a computer and if so, will an Apple work.

Thanks.
