Thumbs up Small world

So I really did not think I would meet another person who bought the same bike as me, before we actually had the bikes. Its one thing to see one another on the street and stop shoot the bull and carry on. No I had to go and do a job sunday night and I run into this guy that can not stop talking about this bike he is buying. Asked him about the bike and tell him that I bought the same one. WOW that is so cool. Any how just thought I would share this, not too important to most but is to me a large city and I run into him on a job!!
Me on the show bike in Edmonton.

Thats a matter of opinion, which bike looks better I mean. The RSV4 is a nice bike but better than a Ducati I don't think so! lol

You guys are lucky that they let you sit on the bike. In the NYC show, no sitting on the bike even for paid future members!

What do they think you will do to it, fire it up and rip around the show! I do not see the big deal, is that not the whole idea show off the bikes and sell them. Who would buy a bike without sitting on it first, I mean besides the 1199 because most people did. Lets be real here you are dropping large bills on a motorcycle at least let you see how it feals under you! I am glad I got to sit on it made me want mine that much more.

That's just silly. Ducati had the super stock, Tricolore, S and standard at the NEC. They had the S and standard available for sitting, handling and having a general root around. Why would any want to go and just look?

The hawk that was "protecting" it said, you can't sit on it as it is one of only two pre-production bikes. One is here and one is in Canada.

I replied, well I hear production has started which makes these obsolete, be a pal let me sit on it. He just walked away.

I am told that the sitting position and ergonomics are fairly close to the Triumph 675 and that feels great for me, so I am not too worried.
