I Ride: '12 1199 ABS
I've managed to source and replace with the following:

Splat Shop - Spherical Bearing 12x22x12 - GasGas Pro & Beta Shock Bearing
Splat Shop - 16x22x3 - R26 VC NBR - Rubber Covered Springless Shaft Seal

The above bearing and seals are pretty much identical to the factory fitted ones.

The top hats came out relatively easily using two screw drivers and the bearing was knocked out with a hammer and socket (no retaining circlip), then pressed back in with a socket and vice.

And of course, it's not a showa, it's a Sachs!
