Radiator - MAC vs. H2O?

Hi Guys,
I am looking for advise on a new radiator. I am considering either a H2O or a MAC.

Do any of you know if there are difference in quality, performance or reliability between the two brands or is it same same?

Thank you

Brgds

I Ride: 2015 Ducati 1299s, 2013 Triumph 675R
In a nutshell, MAC for track and H2O for street.

Better do homework before purchase. Someone better will chine in.

A few of those have lower oilcoolers instead of water rads you cant use your fan with.

Well, thats not technically accurate. You can most certainly can use the fan/shroud assembly with the lower that is an oil cooler from a mechanical perspective. I have done this with the MAC water upper, oil lower. The issue is that the fan assembly pulling air over the oil cooler does nothing to lower water temp so its useless on the street. You will overheat unless you fit some small fans to the upper which i have seen. You want water/water for sure on the street. I have the MAC because thats what I bought. There was no reason I chose it other than I just did. I see no reason that either "all water" systems would not perform similarly. I see "Rogue" has recommended MAC for racing and H2O for the street. I assume he has run both systems and is basing his post on that data. I have only used the MAC so I cannot recommend one over the other as my opinion would not be relevant.

Well, I ended up ordering a MAC full water with room for a fan, - so now we will see how it spins off.

I already have one coming from MAC. Being in Saudi, once I get it and install it, I'll let you know how it works. It should make a difference.

The guy at MAC actually mentioned that he was sending one of the radiators to Saudi, so that must be you. Guess you are struggling with the summer heat in the same way as we are in Dubai.

I saw that. Looks cool but a bit more "involved" It does have an oil cooler. Wondering how or if that fan fits into the lower housing and with the oil cooler you have less water cooler.

Its also going to be real expensive. I think just the lower radiator was $1600.00without the fan setup
