Washing the bike

How do you go about washing the bike as I worried about getting condensation in the dash.

Also if that does happen can I just park the bike in the sun?

i used to wash with a hose and soap bucket but now i just wipe it down with a spray cleaner + polish after each ride and don't have to deal with the water getting into the electronics anymore.

this is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/Original-Bike.../dp/B007KPX7HQ

it used to be called honda polish

+1 same thing I do and use. I don't ride in the rain or muck unless I accidentally get caught in it so my bike stays pretty clean and no need for a super douche.

Bike is meant to be beat hard and put away wet. LOL

I spray it down with degreaser, lightly scrub the bugs off, then high pressure wash the beeoch head to toe.

Been doing this for 4 years now and it loves having the grit and grime blown out of the cracks.

It is not a show pony.

As someone who has had one of these things torn down to the last nut with the wiring harness on the bench, it scares the crap out of me to think of one of these bikes in a downpour. These things already have enough electronic gremlins to swamp most of the service centers. I think the spray and wipe is the best bet for sure.

Anyone who pressure washes one of these bikes with all the electronics S playing Russian roulette.
I use Honda spray polish on my bikes. If an area does need to be washed use automotive soap and bucket and just have the water pour easily out of the hose. I always cover up the gauges.

Yeah, you don't want to end up with a 959 after you dry it.
