Can the standard 1299 exhaust system fit a 1199?

Hi,

I am thinking of fitting a standard 1299 exhaust system onto my 1199S. If I get the standard headers and mufflers, will it be a bolt on fit to a standard 1199s 2013? I've heard it can be done but you need to replace the right handside lower fairing.

TIA

What are the gains and in what part of the rpm range? Are there any dyno numbers on this ? Stock 1199 exhaust vs stock 1299 ?

Thanks

Were there any issues you encountered when installing the 1299 headers? Any modifications needed? Did the mufflers fit with any issues?

I put a set on my 899, typical exhaust install.
If you can get the heat shield from the 1299 even better.

What about 1199R or S/L akrapovic oem exhaust fit?

Also is this a proper aftermarket exhaust or does it have cat inside?
