13 to 15 is quite different....but if you can't, or don't feel you would notice any differences you may simply need more time riding...be it track or street....get the bike fully imprinted to your senses and you'll notice the subtleties more and more - 1 way to think about it is, if you can notice the differences in suspension settings (be they minor changes or big ones), you'd be well on your way to getting a feel for everything -- (just a thought to keep in mind)

I have the 16R and I don't have the oil problem... I do have the thermostat slow leak issue but that's an easy fix. I'm removing it from my bike.

What kit are you using to remove the thermostat?

I'm just going with H2O that's what the most important Race teams are running plus is made in Italy.
I was reading that the bike will run a lot cooler with the Race Radiator kit which removes the thermostat.

Definitely an upgrade for a trackbike. Not sure if you can run a fan with these for the street.

The difference in the bst weight is mostly near the center of the wheel itself, which makes it easier to rotate and more noticeable than just the numbers itself. Maybe not as obvious compared to the chicken feet but night n day when compared to base wheels.
