Okay, bolts are ordered. Manufacturing will take 3-4 weeks. They will be Ti Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V), and drilled for lock wire!!! Price will be USD 4.50 per piece (Cheaper than OEM bolt). Registered shipping worldwide is USD 14.-

Please let me know how many bolts you need.

2 pieces are to hold the flapper valve cable on the oil sump
4 are for holding covers on the RH side of the engine
2 to hold the battery tray on the LH side of the engine

Maybe I forgot something, please correct me.

Cheers

You still have a flapper? I replaced those with standard taper head.

2 holding the rear tank/seat bracket

Good news: Manufacturer promised to send me the bolts this week.

I ordered two types of bolts:

a) the one shown in the 1st picture of this thread which is mounted to the engine block: holding the battery tray, flapper valve cable tray and the rear brake cover.

b) a longer version of a) used for holding the fuel tank bracket (thanks to RetardedTiming).

Also I ordered some M5 flanged hex titanium nuts in case someebody needs them too.

I'll keep you posted as soon as hardware arrives.
Thanks from gnance, mordor, Briese and 2 others

I’ll take 8 plus the two to mount fuel tank bracket.
By the way, what’s about the two holding the ignition onto frame? And the two long nuts that go over them to hold the ignition cover?

You'll get nice ignition cover nuts from probolt and podiumracing.

About the stuff holding the ignition lock to the frame: I would produce them if I find enough guys here that are willing to order. Also I planned to produce the M6 bolts with the inner M5 thread in its head. Same here, I need enough orders.

In the past I did a lot of small projects on this website. Unfortunately it seems that there is now less and less interest in minor improvements to the bike

We will see.
Let me first finish this little project, okay
Thanks from Toys1
