Much weight savings with 520 conversion?

My next weight saving measure I think will be a 520 conversion as the heading.

I'll be up for a chain shortly so I need to think about what the best option is for a weight saving..... What did you do regarding carriers etc and did it save much weight?

It's been discussed before but thought someone might have something to add.

I didn't weigh it but it is pretty significant considering the OE sprocket, cush and hardware are steel.

I went with all AEM. Everything is titanium or aluminum.

Chain is a EK 3D 520. Counter-sprocket is a Superlite.

From memory It saved around 1.3kg for 520

DID ERV3 chain & superlite sprocket kit (-1 front) from sprocket center.

Alloy or steel? I thought it would be at least 2kg

Steel. this is just the sprocket set and chain.
I didnt change out the flange cover or the likes, so if you got lightweight ones of these and crush drives there would be more weight savings there.
