899/1199 Geometry, Ride Height, and Suspension

Hey All,
I know this may have been brought up before but curious to see where everyone is at nowadays.
I'm wondering what geometry, ride height, and suspension changes everyone has done; successful and unsuccessful. I've spent quite a bit of time trying to dial in some good settings; while I think I may be close to having it setup for me, I'd still like to investigate where everyone else is at with their settings.

My current setup:
899 Panigale
Carrozzeria Wheels (6")
Dunlop Slicks 200/55
K-Tech DDS Rear Shock with Pani R linkage set to Flat and swing arm angle adjusted to -4 (310mm length eye to eye)
K-Teck RDS Cartridges (1 line above Triple Tree)
Spring Rates: 75nm Rear, 9.0nm Front.
Rider Weight with Gear: 5'9" 155 lbs.
Sprocket is -1 tooth in the front.
Rear Wheel is slightly pushed back to line up to the last marker on the swing arm.

I have DP rearsets that I may change for CNC or Woodcraft, I feel like I need to have more adjustability.

Would love to know what settings you've tried and failed and what settings worked for you.

I've seen Dave in the past, He's amazing. I had him also do remote tuning for me when I was having some tearing issues.
I'm more curious to see what setups have worked for other. I've tried numerous settings and I feel like I'm very close to the sweet spot for the 899 chassis.

I am running the geometry basically stock but upgraded to Ohlins NIX30 inserts in the front and an Ohlins TTX MK2 in the back with the 1199 adjustable linkage set to flat. I had it set up by MRP Motorsports in MD.

The flat linkage was the biggest improvement. I did start to get some of the shock pump on the rear with the Pirelli SC2 slick when rear wheel steering that the 1199 and 899 are known for, so I may add the 959 swingarm pivot which is supposed to fix that.

Otherwise I have mostly found any handling problems are caused by me not the bike.

Well there is no sweet spot. That changes from track to track.

Gearing is a personal choice, and you have done all the right things.

Your the only one to know how it feels.

If sag is set right, and you have dampening/compression close for the roads/track you ride, enjoy and tweak as needed.
