Poor idle, lurches and code 100C

When I bought my bike I had to fix quite a few items, the main issue with this bike was that it would shut off while riding (vdc loss, even black screen). Once I found the bad ground the bike was running great for 1000 miles.

Now the bike idles poorly like it's missing one cylinder. It also left me stranded a mile from home. I went ahead and replaced both plugs (what a pita) and both map sensors, the issue still persists. I bought an OBD2 sensor and downloaded the Melcodiag software, this tool is awesome so I had to donate. I have 2 codes:

100C
Status: 62
1006
Status:68

I checked that the code is:
Mass or Volume Air flow Circuit Malfunction

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Sergio

With regard to the codes, from my notes:

100C Exhaust Valve Potentiometer-short to ground or open circuit

The exhaust valve actuating motor has been removed from my bike and therefore the code should be present.

1006 Sensor Coppia Sterzante... Translated with Google= Sensor Steering Torque
I questioned a Ducati service technician about this code is the past. He indicated that he didn't have a clue what it was referring to.

Update and resolution:

I purchased 2 map sensors from ebay for $20 each, but even though I did not get an error with these the 1199 did not want to idle smoothly with them.

I purchased 2 map sensors from amazon originating from Germany($60 each). I plugged the map sensors in, let the bike idle to temperature 180+, I ran the 'Map Calibration' in the Melcodiag software, I ran the 'TPS Calibration' and last the 'A/F' Calibration. In the passive test page my Map sensors read at 112/212 units from the V/H Map Sensors.

I have added about 400 miles on the 1199, the bike now wheelies in 3rd without an issue. The bike does not bog down on idle during stops.

This bike is fun!!!

Note: I still have DTC codes 100C and 1006, but no engine light. I read that they relate to the exhaust valve, but not sure if this is accurate.

This was the only fault code stored in the ecu.
Went to a dealer the ducati diagnostic said was the exhaust valve actuating motor has been removed.
