I just flushed mine. All three were black. I put Brembo 5.1 fluid in the clutch and rear brake and motul rbf 600 in the front brakes. Will see how it fares at the track next weekend.

If its dark it needs changing, I have a sock over mine and have no issues (of premature darkening).

Just changing the reservoir fluid leads to premature darkening and a lot of tradesmen/master techs do this because its quicker, looks like it was done properly and makes them more money.
