Anyone know if the aftermarket levers for the 1199 will fit the 1299?

I am wondering if anyone has definitive knowledge of whether the 1199 levers will fit the 1299.

Given the lack of 1299 specific information for things like rearsets and levers, I am hoping that there's zero change in certain areas and that the 1199 parts will fit the 1299.

Cheers.

Ducati Performance levers and rearsets have the same part numbers for the 1199 and 1299. They must fit.

Yes, identical. A couple of other things that might be of interest. Where the levers are mounted on the bars there is a seat to help keep them in place. This means you can't adjust the angle of the levers or slide them along the bar which is a bit frustrating. If you had short levers on the 1199 don't worry, up/down buttons don't affect the reach of the clutch lever.

You mean the steel split pins/rods that are inserted into the handlebar tubes. These engage into recesses in the handlebar switch mountings and also into the master cylinder castings to prevent them rotating. There is nothing to prevent someone removing these, should they for example change the handlebars for another after market type, or mark and drill out new holes in them to use these pins again. Either way, as you say, they will have little bearing on the fitment of aftermarket levers, other than allowing you to adjust the angle of the master cylinder, if you choose to remove the pins and therefore affect the angle of the levers in relation to the handlebar grips.
