I installed Grab-On grip covers over the existing grips on my 1299 and ZX-14R. Low cost and easy to install.

Ok just installed my new grips and as a few have stated use a can of compressed air like you would for the computer and the oem grips slide right off.. Now on install I used soapy water and it was working until I forgot to use the compressed air again and boom, snapped the tabs on the throttle assy.. FML.. So then used compressed air again with the soapy water and they slid right on..

USE SOAPY WATER AND COMPRESSED AIR FOR EVERY SINGLE STEP DO NOT FORGET!!!!!!!!!

The Driven Diamond Superbike grips are excellent and only $12! The diamonds/dimples absorb vibration very well. The only drawback is they will wear out in a year or two, but at $12, who cares :-)

I have an air compressor.. How do you use it to blow air in between the grips and the bar/throttle?

I have the little push handle air blower with the black tip but not sure how you guys use it to get air between the bar and the grip.

Maybe I don't have the right attachment, or just need to try it out when I get home tonight to really see how it works.
