I filled the hole with clear silicon and kinda of made a plug that is removable and put the frame covers on the holes doesn't get hot anymore.

It doesn't.
If you're wearing thin jeans or pants you're riding a superbike wrong to begin with. Kevlar jeans or leathers and it's fine. The heat comes from head of the motor and the exhaust anyways.
A carbon subframe would be a neat idea for weight and the smallest bit of heat but nobody makes one to replace the OEM subframe last time I checked other than the superleggeras subframe?
