Question brake noise

I have a 2015 Pani 1299 with 4800 Km

Sometimes when i brake middle strong at a traffic light,
it beginns to make loud noises and the front fork vibrates with 500 Hz.

All people look at me in that moment.

This phenomen comes and goes unpredictable

Have you seen something similiar yet?

It is because of the type of pads and because the disk's are so thin.

my 1299 and the last two ducati's before this one also made the howling noise .

all my past MX off road bikes make this noise also, because of the slower speeds and aggressive braking associated with MX riding .

so I never worried about it .

the noise is also due to the aggressive nature of the Brembo's M50 Monoblock callipers radial mounted master cyl calipers etc etc so it tends to be more rigid and allows so much bite at slow speeds

Check your rotors I found out one of mine was warped.. Mine started squeaking from time to time when I first started to apply the brakes.. then It would stop doing it for a while.. This happened right out of the box when the bike was new.... Actually the mechanic at the dealership is the one that discovered it ...

I think the pads in the rotor had enough slack to float over the warped side of the rotor for a while so it was not noticeable but I believe the dealer is going to get the rotor covered under warranty..
