Hi, after about a week, the stalling problem started happening again, so it didn't have anything to do with the clutch lever pin. In the meantime, my wife blew her engine and got a new one under warranty. The stalling problem was still there after the engine change, so it had to be caused by something other than the engine. Now we have found the real problem- the stalling was caused by a faulty Air Mass Sensor in the air box. If it sends a wrong reading to the ECU, the mixture isn't right (usually too rich) and it dies. Maybe that is the problem. We only caught it because it failed completely and the bike wouldn't start at all anymore. Hope this info helps, cheers from Ty.
