TuneBoy vs RapidBike

I'm in the market for a fuel management system, but which one should I buy? So, my question is why would I choose one over the other?

For me personally, if I was going down this path, I'd ask myself do I want cruise control and be able to tweak things here n there (tuneboy) or install and forget about it while (rapidbike) constantly adjusts itself and optimizes for current conditions?

The 1199 is not comfortable enough to make good use of cruise control for me. After 2 hours tops, I'm ready to throw the bike down a ditch. Therefore, I'd go with the rapidbike. I have a full termi upmap at the moment and I can't justify spendin that kinda money for either of those 2. Bike runs good enough and far too powerful for my needs. My 1199 is nothing more than a looker. You'll get different opinions since everyone will have a different use for each system.

There's a very in-depth a thread about this. Everything from personal opinions to detailed pros/cons and costing comparisons including against Power Commander...

I'm not saying that to flame or say "every heard of a search button?" (read tons of shit like that in tons of forums)... I'm saying that because it's a great thread.

I'm completely in the dark for Tuneboy and Rapidbike, in terms of ever physically having one, but I have had half a dozen bikes with Power Commanders, etc. From what I personally took away from that thread is that I'd personally buy a Rapidbike setup.
Thanks from Prince Albert

I when with Tuneboy.

Pros:
Curise control
Up/down shifting
3 maps + 3 throttle curves = 9maps
reset service light
Auto tune
Has mobile app

Cons:
Support - unless you have a tuner who really knows TB, you pretty much on your own (have have no local tuner, so yes this has been a an interesting experince)
Out of the box Tunes/trims still need some adjusting.
Auto tune is abit tricky to get setup and running right.

Interesting comparison between the two. I like the idea of cruise control from tuneboy but have not had the chance to use it to know if I would like it or not. For engine tuning seems you need more technical know how to manage tuneboy kit.

I went back/forth for almost a year and chose tune boy. Haven't even opened it yet due to the weather here and time I don't have. Not worried about the tuning part since I've been tuning car computers for 14 years.
In my car experience I just didn't like a piggyback setup that tricks hard settings.
