Come on. That was funny.

Its my H2. You posted a pic of my supercharger, figured it was fitting.

So then you would agree that the best way to fix the "no progress HP situation" is to artificially aspirate.

I dunno, my Panigale has 195 RWHP and 103 Torque. Its pretty fun being so light.

Except I have to keep them separated. The other day the H2 called the Panigale slow, and the Panigale called the H2 fat.

They got put in time out.

Ducati BHP figures

After reading this entire thread this is what I gather.

1) The FE and SL are said to have the same engine but not same power. Ducati is lying about the power in one of them, otherwise they would have used the same dyno and posted the same number.

2) Most of you are correct in the BHP (Sorry RWHP) doesn't change, but HP is a priceable attribute ( we pay more for the more we get ) Ducati should not overstate HP numbers. Other manufactures have been sued and their BHP (Sorry RWHP) numbers didn't change either

3) Well, i really only had two points.

Edited to correct BHP to RWHP

Ok Nola that was some funny shit right there. I was hoping to get a 300hp blower motor on a ZX10r platform. They always manage to take the wind out of the sail.

The R-FE engine is described as "1299 Superleggera derived", guess they left some of the go fast parts out.

The only was to resolve this would be to dyno an R-FE and an SL back to back, on the same machine, on the same day and see what the results look like....

I felt my R1 has more power then the panigale, but the panigale is way more agile.

i know for a fact the R1 comes detuned (up to 2014 my buddy has one) just getting a full system drops you 22 lbs i believe (could be 19 but doesnt really matter im 230). then you add a tune and the thing buts out close to 195 hp.

all these numbers are bs from the factory everybody knows that. the problem is you cant just change the way you get the numbers and backdate all the older ones when "some" people purchased the item based on these numbers.
