CNC rearsets comes with a shorter rod.

OK thanks guys for chiming in. So I bought these brand new came to me through the mail for 12 99. No shift rod came with my we resrsets. Long story I cut the OEM shifter rod to make it fit. Because it is the silly season now, and didn’t want to wait to find a they sent me a set for all 11 99 or that my order was missing a piece , ( I highly doubt as the packaging was vacuum sealed), I did it.

I will Reach out to them after the holidays.

That's odd. Mine came in their own foam lined presentation briefcase, very James Bond. Perhaps CNC are cutting costs these days.

So did mine. And inside that foam lined box were the rear sets vacuum seal CNC rapping.

Then i think you need to contact CNC and explain you were not supplied with the shortened rod. The problem is if you ever decide to sell the bike and put it back to stock you'll have to buy a new oem rod to replace the one you cut down.
