Oh come on, I'm just saying what everyone is thinking. Perhaps I could of been nicer...... but that is a ridiculous claim. As soon as you say racetrack 'click' the phone is down

My lord I hope we are better than that. Yes many Americans. Cough cough millennials feel this way. However I would hope that our neighbors realize that not one country is better than the other. Well maybe other than Poland. They seem to have their act together.

Yeah, back on topic....

Firstly I apologize, I admit I was harsh. But you will never get a claim like this to stick. IF, and that’s a big if, you could somehow prove a Genuine Ducati part had failed that then caused your mishap you have a slim chance and only if any other performance parts were also DP and installed by Ducati themselves. The fact you were on a racetrack will cause you problems from the outset.

Ducati are a big corporate machine and have a big legal department. They won’t pay out unless they have to.

Going back on o the OP, I’m sorry, but you don’t really have a leg to stand on.....

Sorry, your wrong. I only do trackdays and got a goodwill for braking problems.
Also it helps to have a good dealer working with you.

Yes, and said dealer says proper wording is important.
