Hot Bike

I just posted a video to fix this. In addition to the fan switch, you can buy carbon heat shields that cover the rear subframe-to-vertical cylinder attachment area that's burning your thighs.

Try these covers to separate your inner thighs from touching the hot aluminium side sub frame. I bought mine from Conquest Carbon in the UK but they don't stock them anymore.

I think these shorten versions may work also but I haven't tried them...

I donít wear shorts while riding , however that was suggested to me by local riders, Iím one of two Ducati riders in town. I purchased some riding jeans at cycle gear, this is my third Ducati that I own and itís the only one that burns my inner thighs. Weather here is 106*F at the moment.

I believe itís the aluminum Frame which is burning me, my crotch area is usually flush with the tank when riding.

It's definitely the frame. Heat soaks easily so those frame covers will definitely help.
