HM Quick shifter or Translogic quickshifter

Ok Im sure this has been discussed over and over again. So here goes. HM quickshifter or Translogic quickshifter for the 1299? And which other addons from each vendor? Ok go and give me your reviews. Pros and cons and what else is needed with these quickshifters?

I have not ran the HM but have been extensively been running the TL units for a few years now. Currently running the new version been now for almost a year zero problems its plug n play. This is a huge upgrade over the OEM setup so if your still running the OEM shifter all your problems will go away if you install a TL.

You can also consider the Healtech QS?

Used it on my Daytona 675 both for track- and street-setup.
iQSe is fully customizable via smartphone app.

Here some additional info for your reference:

I’m Dutch675 here. Good luck choosing.

Once properly setup, the IQSe was butter-smooth compared to the ‘ok’ Triumph QS on my 2016 S3r, which is basically an OEM QS from Translogic.

@cycler: why not the OEM 1299 QS from Ducati?

FYI If QS is able to communicate with ECU, that’s potentially optimal for clutch-less shifting and - as with V4/S1000rr - smoother and safer for gearbox than any stand-alone aftermarket QS from 3rd party.

Besides, blipping for downshift an QS needs to sync its efforts with ECU to make this possible and perfect as with V4/S1000rr.

Additionally, in my experience very undesirable mis-shifts occur even with (older/stand-alone) factory installed QS, but genarally less often and they tend to occur less and less with every factory ECU firmware update (if ECU controls QS via Canbus).
