The OFFICIAL Hypermotard 950 Exhaust Thread!

Instead of searching through various threads about modifications and what-not, I thought it would be better to have all of the impending exhaust system under one topic.

Obviously people look to mod the exhaust system first (or nearly first). Let's keep the slip-ons and full systems here!

As of 04/26/2019:

Termignoni Full System (dirtbike/motard style)

Termignoni under seat slip-on

SC Project under seat slip-on

Thanks from MarkFoo

As part of my trade-in deal they put a Termi full system on my 950 SP. I believe there is a map for it too. I am really happy with it but only have 20 miles on the bike. Downside is the loss of symmetry. Upside is a lot of weight lost and no more ugly pipes on the lower right side of the bike. Another big downside is the cost. It must be the best weight/performance system so far.

Today I just installed the Ducati Termi Slip-Ons for my 950SP. Looks awesome with the dark colored dual cans but at idle it sounds no different. Didn’t have time to ride but I leave for the track on Sunday so I’ll get to see how it sounds wide open. When I fire up the Pani R it rumbles like an earthquake. Guess I was expecting a little more. Still love the look. Now I just need to figure a way to mount plate under the tail section near the shock. The stock plate mount is hideous.

One thing I was very impressed with is there is a easy access plug near forks to unplug front light and one screw to undue seat and the plug for rear tailamp is right there so it was ah I’m and easy to get it track ready. My R is a pain as I have to tape off the lights for the track.
Thanks from dflowerz

Thank you for the feedback. I am going to wait a bit to see what Akrapovic ends up making before I drop the almost $3k on the full system. Plus without a decent tail-tidy out yet, we are at the mercy of the companies at the moment.

They look cool, but for that much money I'd want something closer to a full system. The cat on this thing roasts my lil boys immediately, not to mention the suitcase weight that needs to go.

1200$$ is a lot? The Termi's are 2k for slip ons and 3k for the full system.

Italo-Moto.de is the only site iíve Found that has a de-cat link pipe and also Akra slip ons for the 950... The Akras look ok but still Euro 4 homologated. Waiting on AR to see what they bring to the table. Had an AR on ,my 939Sp, best sounding by far, in my opinion. Sounds better than my Anni... just my 2 cents.

It is for what you get. It's far too early in the 950's production run for me to be complaining. Coming from KTM supermotards I'm well aware of how expensive things can get. SC Project builds some nice stuff, so I'd like to see a full system from them (or at least something I can piece together as one).

I always forget about Austin Racing for some reason. I bet their setup will be loud, but tingle-inducing.

VanDemon is waiting for a 950 to show up to start mocking up their system as well.

Arrow just responded to my requests and advised that their slip-on and full system is finished and will be on their website this week or next.
Thanks from MarkFoo and Moondognyc
