Thumbs down HELP - Ducati Monster 1200 S (Problems)

I Purchased my Ducati Monster 1200 S around 3 months and 11 days ago...
i have had to take it in for warranty issues a number of times now.
The Primary problems have been the malfunctioning and jamming of the quick-shifter and the worst more scary part the throttle, power cut (loss) whilst accelerating and also jamming... therefore leading to these kick backs almost throwing you off the bike... completely unsafe and unrideable, especially with a small female pillion rider on the back...

The Motorcycle originally was in the shop for 10+/- or so days, longer than i expected. After receiving the motorcycle back, The same issue occurred, not fixed and still occurring now worse 24 hours later. I took the bike in the next day to rectify the situation...

Ducati took 3 weeks to determine the problem with the throttle/engine power issue. Now told me they are waiting for a quick shifter that has been on back order with NO means to rectify the problems, and making me ask why it wasn't done all at the beginning not weeks apart in the shop...
Tomorrow makes this 5 weeks The motorcycle has been in the repairs 'this time' and Ducati USA and Ducati Miami have not yet come up with a solution to get the motorcycle either back in my hands repaired, compensate me for my time, spending on ubers, insurance, my buildings parking, and all the hassle involved or consider a refund on this LEMON...

Am i wrong in thinking that it is unacceptable now being 6-7 weeks in for warranty repairs after only owning it for 3 months... with no promises on when it will be escalated or finished (possibly minimum 1-2 more weeks) or am i being unreasonable.............. or is this just a Miami thing?

I spoke to an acquaintance who is having similar issues with his exact same model of motorcycle Monster 1200 S... when i purchased the motorcycle i asked if any issues or known issues to be noted and was told no, none... here you go ducati note these down.
I had other friends and acquaintances who owned ducati preciously and heard nothing but stories about them being in the shop for repairs, i chose to think this wouldn't be the case, i was wrong, very wrong... not as if it was 6-12 months down the road... but basically right away.

I wouldn't normally write on a forum, however i have the most dissatisfied taste in my mouth and need to express the annoyances in which i am going through. The lack of actual understanding and timing is perplexing me....
i have always had asian motorcycles, and wondering now why i changed for Italian...
Note: i Paid ALL CASH, no financing or contingencies, and feeling uncertain about the investment made...

Any one else in the same boat or have any answers/help for me...

I’d lemon that thing. Google the Florida lemon laws, or get legal help.

Question

Phil,
Any feedback on Ducati, the bike, the services, processes or do you just do the forums?
