Rumor?

I heard a rumor of a new BMW prototype being spotted that is basically a GS with an S1000RR motor. Possible competition for the multi?

Yep, there is
One in the pipeline. But it's the S1k chassis with a different sub frame and more travel

They better catch up to the multi

Thanks for the info. So it sounds like it will definitely be pavement oriented like the multi. I was envisioning an F800 with an S1000 motor and thinking "who the hell is going to be able to ride that offroad?".

The front of that thing reminds me of Fry from Futurama.

Why can't BMW get a front end right? The new S1000R is the worst of the lot, IMO.

The MS manages to pull it off, I'd ride a PP any day, that is if the kids bought me one for fathers day.

The beamers on the other hand are getting worse. Where the MS is actually prettier in the flesh, the S1kR is worse, saw one at the Montréal show last month and it's hideous. I'd prefer the RnineT over it.
