Best Tires for my 2015 Multistrada 1200S Touring ??

I do not ride in the rain or in the cold.
I do ride with a passenger (my wife *Borat accent), about 130lbs with gear.
I do not care about durability, I get new tires ever year.
I care about grip & traction above all.
My riding style is urban touring and occasional canton carving, solo and w/ passenger.

Stock Tire is: Pirelli Scorpion Trail II Dual Sport Tires

I was considering the following possible upgrade:

(1) Pirelli Angel GT II
(2) Pirelli Diablo Rosso III
(3) Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II

input? advice? opinions?

cheers

I Ride: '19 V4R on order
I really like the Rosso Corsa tires the best on my 2014 1200PP and now my 2018 1260PP. I dont get much mileage out of them in the canyons but they give the best feel and traction.

My choices exactly and in that order.
I was even thinking of dumping the Pirelli Scorpion Trail II right off the showroom floor.

However, here's my suggestion re-ordered based on what YOU wrote:

(1) Pirelli Diablo Rosso III ( It's a pure sport road tire yet with more feel and control on less than perfectly clean pavement. Good for an occasional track outing. The R3 is also the OEM on the Monster 1200 ).

Here is where it gets more difficult:
(2) Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II ( It's 50/50 road / track tire. Had you not mentioned two-up, urban touring w/passenger, this tire would be #1 on the list. The DRC is the OEM on the 959 Panigale ).
(3) Pirelli Angel GT II (Proven sport touring lineage in all road and weather conditions and the best for two-up)
