Ducati line up is very closely priced and all are expensive. haha.

I think its fair comparing to other line ups. For me, if I had to choose...the decision will be hard.

I'll stick with the Multistrada as my dream bike next time I can afford a new one!

Multistrada, now there is an ugly bike.

yeah but you have to compare to other brand like. Compared to BMW GS...Multi is much better looking.

I hope this bike means I'll be able to add factory QS parts to my Hypermotard! My only complaint with it.

I hope the heat will be lower due to this setup, one gripe about my 821 was the side piece giving off excessive heat...as with the 959 the exhaust pipe is under the seat.

The heat I feel on my 959 comes onto my right thigh from the subframe because the engine is mounted to it. For me, the seat never really gets that hot.

I think the second gen one is where it's at, maybe the engine out of the monster R, tft display and other goodies. That's the golden ticket.
I agree. I'm fortuante that I have two other bikes besides my 1199, one of which easily fits the bill as a more practical alternative but still fast and fun - my S1000R (as in "single R"). Yet I also can't help but think a Supersport would be the better fit than the Panigale. But I have trouble coming to grips with going from 195 hp to 113. Get the bike to 160 and add $1-2,000 to the price and I'm seriously interested. Oh, and add cruise control.

I did the Demo day with Supersports S. It was extremely comfortable, QS up and down worked great. Power was useful (not anything wild / little boring) and can see this bike as a awesome every day bike. Overall I liked the bike.
