Will the Ducati V4 signal the end of leaky valve covers?

So what do you think? New v4....less vibrations loosening valve cover screws and causing oil leaks on you shiny exhaust mufflers Like the twins always do??? Im excited lol

I want to know if an oil change is simpler.

Let’s hope it is a cooler machine too. Never fancied sitting on a stove, haha.

looking at the images it seems that yes, I think the oil filter is in the lower crank cover next to the oil drain plug.

For sure. The 1199/1299 oil change is annoying. Like the mv f4 2010+

Yup.. I recently changed mine and I had to unscrew all the bolts that hold the radiator cover in order to give the upper radiator wiggle room to get that plug out of there.. if I would've taken out the cover (instead of loosing it) it would've been easier but still it is a pain in the butt no matter what!.

Not to mention some of the stupid screws that hold the radiator cover in place and are attached to the valve cover bolts.. they were for some reason loctited and when I tried to loosen them up they would unscrew the valve cover bolts and we all know how leaky that gets if they are not torqued down to specs... I had to spend hours just to get those 2.5 hex screws out of there and replace them with better ones because they got all stripped... nightmare!
