As a dealer employee this is all I can offer without publishing private info, this is our demo bike which is not the same one you see in the customer's photos.

Couldn't believe I forgot my sunglasses...
Thanks from Phl, Nitrouz and Bradoshi

Some of you guys are funny, I wouldn't expect trolls like this on a bikers forum for enthusiasts. I have attached a few pictures for the cynical.

The Unboxing was done on new years eve and the bike was road registered on Jan 2nd.

If you look at the picture of the V4S and the 1299 you will see a hotel name in the background, try putting it into google....

It is a mystery to me how/why being the first to get your toy is so important... FYI: A friend is at the Almeria racetrack this week and says there are several V4s on the track. Apparently some German Ducati Club event. They have just better things to do than post idiocy here. Having said that I am not sure they are not doing that elsewhere.

Just saw your same pic on another forum posted by someone else unless you use a different name?

Besides, I’m only jesting, not trolling. No offence meant

For some reason these pictures really did the rounds after they were posted on various FB groups by a few guys that were on that first ride.

There are some that even have a websites watermark on them which is interesting...

No harm done and no offence taken.

Ride safe guys

That's not surprising. There is a member here who owns/runs a site that takes shots that a friend and I have created and puts their watermark over our (and other artists') images. I've even seen their watermark placed over other watermarks and logos.

That is the reason why quite a few of the old school memeber are not here anymore.

Great pix! I got a chance to see the bike in person at a bike show here, and I love everything about it, except the tank. It looks like balloon at the top/back of it. Like a bulge. Just seemed out of place to me.
Thanks from Phl

Well shit....... I was right about one thing. The V4 is not enough for me to trade in my current R.

However, I have to eat my words again. The V4’s a nice bike man. As in I was impressed, I like it. I’m small too and the seating position for me was great. The tank is massive but when you get your head round that it’s not intrusive. The weather wasn’t great and the pre delivery checks hadn’t been done on the demo bike, but I’ll be test riding Friday if it’s okay.

So I’ve been going on about a lot I didn’t like, but there’s more that I do like. It was actually growing on me as I was going round it.

So I may have an order in for a V4S to sit along side the R.......... I haven’t told the wife yet!!!
Thanks from MotoX183, crossdx and cavlino
