I Ride: 2015 Panigale R
Seems like they are retaining the single sided swing arm.

I Ride: Shopping for a new track bike...
The Panigale V4 1103cc "street" bike has the same bore as the MotoGP engine, just longer stroke to pump up the displacement and add torque. I'm reasonably certain that the R engine will just have the original stroke of the MotoGP engine to bring the displacement back down below 1000cc, it will have a little less torque through the mid range but will rev higher and have similar peak HP. In race trim this is going to be a stomping ripping beast!

My question is whether there's any chance of the version of the Akra system shown in these pictures being available in the mainstream? Read: Not as a 15k Corse part.

Looks better than the other system, doesn't have that rear tire overlap that probably doesn't impact track-side tire changes but is something to be mindful of, and looks like it might cooperate with a traditional belly-pan more readily.

I'm well aware how to upload them having been on this forum for several years. The problem is the paltry size allowance, so you end up being limited to uploading an image that requires a microscope to view it or have to upload it via Tapatalk or host it on another server. Way too much hassle. As mentioned, on the UK site you simply select any image you want size regardless, upload and it's injected straight into the thread. Less than three keystrokes and no restriction on size. The software that runs this forum is now quite dated by comparison.
