I guess that there might be two versions. One with only one cable (N) for Flashers and license plates ans another version with two cable P + N - in this case you do not need the extra cables 12 and 13.
I also only have one cable (N) so i mounted the cables 12 and 13. But no success.
No GPS marker in the dash.

I have no idea how to proceed.

Who the hell had the stupid idea to place the DDA stick underneath the seat?
Shall i open the annoying two screws to remove the seat?
And this bracket 9 is not really helpful. How can one unplug the connector?

I have the Speciale and I do see that logo on my dash. I know it came with the DDA but I have not tried it yet. I was looking into purchasing the AIM system that also plugs into the service port to pull ECU information.

I think somebody should come up with an extension cord for the DDA plug and extend the pigtail to the tail storage. Would be a better option than removing the seat every time.

No need ... thatís exactly what I did ... the harness supplied Is long enough to put the DDA stick there ... I used the rubber mount supplied with the kit and Installed It making 2 small holes ( I will try to send Pictures )
You then put the GPS sensor It the front with the supplied connector

And for those who still donít know, the dealership needs to enable the GPS with their computer In order to make this kit work ...

What does DDA do exactly ? Will it show lap times automatically on the dash as you go around the circuit ? Or it just records stuff and you have to download later ? If so what does it record apart from lap Time? Thanks

Depends on the bike. DDA+GPS on my 899 records throttle position, DTC activation level, position on the track, RPM, speed, gear, and a few other things.

I wrote some software to convert the files to CSV for use with Race Render, etc. to make overlays on my gopro videos. That was my main reason for getting it.

Thank you. How do you view and analyse the recorded data. It comes with a software application ?
