I Ride: '16 Pani R, 1098R Bayliss, KTM1090R.
I think that if I was spending all that cash on the full system, I would be
investing in a dedicated tune and not generic mapping from termi etc.

Akra is just in the league of their own. That’s a fact. I have had very many exhaust systems on bikes and cars, and none were as awesome as Akra in craftsmanship and attention to detail, but sound can be subjective. For me Akra sound has always been either the best or one of the best.

I am still warming up to dropping so much money for it though. They really went overboard on price on this one. It costs just as much or possibly more if you consider install as the full Evolution system for E9x BMW M3 when it came out , and that is at least 5 times as much titanium alloy and stuff.. so not sure what sort of logic or expense went into that. Maybe smaller market, dunno

I thought the same but must be smaller volumes . I want a Akropovic system for my GT3 and it's not much more than what I paid for on the bike exhaust
Thanks from Phl

You should have waited for the Redline system to come out for the v4.

The tuning is the issue . Until there is an alternative tuning alternative the Akrapovic is it not that it's a bad thing it's a great exhaust .
