I Ride: Panigale V4
Just wondering if anyone has disconnected their servo motor without a servo eliminator without a warning light coming on?

Normally, if you disconnect the servo valve, the bike will throw an error on your dash saying something is wrong. This eliminator lets you disconnect the servo valve without producing any errors. I had to use it for my FM Projects exhaust, which completely eliminates the servo valve but throws no error codes due to the eliminator.

Don't disconnect the plug from the motor, that should give a code.

But if you disconnect the 2 steel cables and jamb the valve open and you should get a much nicer exhaust sound with no dash lights

I know this worked fine in the past on both my GSXR and my R1

Disconnecting the cables and safety wire the flap open will create a fault light. The last bike this worked on without a fault light was my 1198. I have done it on my V4 and Iím fine with the fault light on the dash as it doesnít affect performance as long as youíre safety wire the flap open. I have since installed an exhaust and will install this eliminator kit to get rid of the fault light.

Whats the white material between the crank case and the sump, just above the servo pics in the first pic? Looks like polystyrene??

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and was going to install it on the weekend. What is the problem with them and how do you know?

I just found out from healtech that there is a version 2 that rectified any issues. Apparently the part number is ESE-D03 V2
