Broken frame

Have any of you been following the Daidegas Italian forum ?

There is a fellow that says the frame broke before he fell .

According to metallurgy tests the frame had flaws.
Also it seems the frame is sacrificial in that it is very quick to break. A couple of crashes show the bike in pieces.
Whilst I am not really concerned , it is a interesting topic they are running.
Any opinions ?

FragilitÓ TELAIO Panigale V4 - DaiDeGas Forum

Above is the 49 page thread on the fragility of the frame.

There is a current court case in action, but the fellow has been advised by his legal team not to post pics or add too much info.
thought maybe some of you here could add info to above .

" Mito22" is very active on Daidegas forum. Maybe he knows more ? He has posted here as well, but not about the frame .

Personally I think the current and past "frameless" design makes it easier to determine if the crash warrants a total or just a rebuild .

Until I see a broken support on a Non-crashed V4 I would not sweat it .

I am not too concerned either. A failure on a frame is probably akin to a failure on a airline jet airframe. Very improbable.
Just curious if anyone here knows anything.
The thread did mention bad castings.

I have noticed , at least superficially that some frames are smoother finished than others. But this has nothing to do with integrity. Just a observation.
