I Ride: V4 S Corse (ordered)
recall n5: chain tensioner

new recall, chain tensioner this time
should be straight forward, your dealer need to tighten it up to spec

so, I guess your bike does not come full spec when leaving factory

more info on it

Ducati has issued another recall for the 2018-2019 Ducati Panigale V4the second one in only a week. One again, all variations of the model are target: V4, V4 S, and V4 SP. This time, Ducati is investigating the timing chain tensioner that could losen up and cause an oil leak through the adjustment bolt, onto the rear tire. We all know what oil does and why oil on a tire isnt exactly the ideal scenario. This might not only damage the vehicle, but it also increases the risks of the tire losing traction. A rogue rearwheel is a recipe for disaster. Thankfully, the fix is rather straightforward: the dealers will only need to tighten the tensioners to spec.

what bright genius would place a bolt in that location, so when it leaks it spills on the rear tire. This location better not be that as simple as I described it, lol

Don't try to figure it out, your head will explode. The list of WTF were they thinking can be heard echoing through every shop or garage that has had to tear into one of of the 99s and the v4 isn't going to be any better. Quite simple much like the aerospace industry its a complete separation of psychological cohesiveness. You have guys with PhDs designing things and guys with GEDs working on them. Ain't pretty.

LOL thanks man. Its December, Im in a festive mood and well, as most people here know, that somewhat of a jackass, well, not somewhat, more of a complete jackass. I mean no harm, its just fun to get people to look at things through the black and white Kaleidoscope instead of the one with the pretty colors every once in a while. I do respect everyones individuality and opinions. Even though they are sadly inaccurate bahahahaha. Except for RD16 that guy is straight up ready for the coat with the long sleeves that tie in the back. He's a crazy man.

I've had all R1 models since the beginning and I only got ONE recall during 20 years. Now having a Ducati V4 in march next year, they already end up with 5 recalls.
Can someone tell me what the other recalls were?
Is there a way to check during the delivery that the other recalls are executed?
Are the repairs under full warranty, free of charge (spare parts and working hours)?

Thanks a lot!
