Great review. I think the Speciale will age better than this R tho. I look at how the 1199 tricolore looks now and it still looks fresh compared to my old 1199.

A bit odd that they de tune it from 221hp to 209hp for the US. Hope they donít do that everywhere!

I'll find out on Feb 13th, The 17 city tour comes to my town, I'll ask the Ducati Rep about the horsepower mod being lower in the US. Hopefully he can give me a sure answer.

I read somewhere that it was lower in the US due to US emissions.
